When you arrive
We’ll talk about your goals for the session and how we’re planning to address them–you will be 100% informed and educated on what we’ll be doing throughout the treatment. No surprises.
What to wear
You can wear whatever you’re most comfortable in and you are welcome to get undressed to whatever your comfort level is (ie, you don’t have to be naked!). If the treatment you’ve booked requires specific items of clothing, I will let you know in advance. Thai and Shiatsu treatments are done fully clothed in loose fitting clothes, like what you’d wear to the gym.
Fancy Hands Vibes
I typically work with music that sounds like this: [listen on Spotify] [listen on Apple Music], unless otherwise specified. Music requests can be submitted in advance; country, hip-hop, jazz, whatever you’re into we’ll make it happen!
Nail art is a passion of mine and my nails are a constant source of questions from new clients. I can assure you I’ve been working with this length for a very long time–you won’t even notice they’re there.

Before Your Appointment
Prior to your appointment, you’ll receive an email questionnaire for COVID-19 screening precautions.
AT Your APPOINTMENT
At the appointment, I’ll take your temperature upon arrival. Throughout the duration of your appointment, I ask you wear a face mask except when lying face down.
Rescheduling
We ask that you reschedule your appointment for at least two weeks out if you’ve experienced symptoms of COVID-19 or been exposed to someone confirmed with COVID-19.
